Terms and Conditions for Unleash Your Intuition Course

Welcome to Unleash Your Intuition Course. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the course materials and platform ("Course"). By enrolling in and accessing the course, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Course Access and Use
Upon enrolling in our course, you are granted access to the course materials for personal use only. You agree to use the course in compliance with the following rules:
Single User Access:
By enrolling in this course, you agree that access is granted to a single individual only. Sharing your account login information, or allowing multiple individuals to access the course under a single account, is prohibited. Each student must have their own account to access the course content.
Failure to respect this policy will result in the loss of access to the course without a refund.Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe that your account has been compromised, you must immediately notify us at [Your Contact Email].
2. Course Materials
All course content, including videos, documents, and other materials, are provided solely for educational purposes. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use the course content. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or modify the course materials in any way that violates these Terms.
3. Payment and Refunds
Course Fees:
Payment for the course is due at the time of enrollment. We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).Refund Policy:
We offer a 7 day refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with the course, you may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment. However, no refunds will be issued if access is revoked due to violation of the single-user access policy mentioned above. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
4. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the course and/or platform at our discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms, including but not limited to:
- Sharing your login credentials or allowing multiple users to access the course under a single account.
- Engaging in any unlawful, unethical, or disruptive behavior within the course community.
- Misusing or distributing course materials in violation of the Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Unleash Your Intuition Course will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the course, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the course is to request a refund within the applicable refund period as outlined in these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to content, design, graphics, and trademarks, are the intellectual property of Unleash Your Intuition Course or our content providers. You agree not to infringe upon or violate these rights.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

By enrolling in this course, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You understand that participation in the course involves physical activities and exercises, which may carry inherent risks.
- You agree to take full responsibility for your health, safety, and well-being during your participation in the course.
- You release the course provider from any liability for injury, discomfort, or any other effects arising from your participation.
- You agree to modify exercises or poses as needed based on your abilities and limitations.
